Petition presented under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order vide Na.Ka.No.147/A2.2011 Dated 28.04.2011 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to treat the petitioner under the General Provident Fund scheme covered under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules 1978 prior to its amendment dated 01.04.2003.
