ORDER
Mr.r.M.Rajasekar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is
taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 27.07.2018 and subsequently to execute the sale deed in respect of plot bearing No.107, situated at Mahakavi Bharathi Nagar, Ambattur Chennai-600 053. measuring an extent of 72.31 square meters in her favour.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far. Therefore, the 2nd respondent may be directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, as expeditiously as possible.
4. The learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance of law.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
