CRIME NO.05/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Court passed in Crl.OP.No.19426/2020 dated 30.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.K.HARINATH BABU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19426 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19426 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
