O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 forbearing from compelling the petitioner to execute a sale deed with reference to the subject property in favour of a third party.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and third party and the respondent police has nothing to do with this dispute and that it is for the petitioner and third party to work out their remedy only before the competent Court.

3. Recording the stand taken by respondents 1 and 2, it is made clear that the police will not interfere in this dispute and the parties will have to agitate their dispute only before the competent civil Court. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. 2/4
