Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to G.O.Ms.No.1184, Home(Transport) Department, dated 30.11.2001 and to quash the same, insofar as the vehicles, the petitioner got transferred from the name of the sixth respondent herein, who is now residing in the address mentioned in respondent No.7 and the vehicles held by the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent relating to G.O.Ms.No.1184, Home(Transport) Department, dated 30.11.2001 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to the following effect:- " It is respectfully submitted that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is therefore, prayed before this Honourable Court that the W.P.No.2477 of 2010 may be dismissed as infructuous"

3. Recording the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
