ORDER

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that as against the order of this Court dated 08.02.2023 passed in WP.No.16696 of 2018, the respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.851 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.

3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 05.04.2024 Index: Yes/No Sni Cont.P.No.449 of 2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/2
