ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with by the respondents and the petitioner herein was reinstated back into service and he was also granted promotion, together with benefits, through the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 11.06.2024. A copy of the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court.

2. In view of the submission made and also by taking note of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 11.06.2024, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
