(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 24.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11140 of 2017, this contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.11140 of 2017, has been complied with. He also placed a copy of the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 08.03.2024, to that effect.
