ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that as against the order of the Writ Court dated 18.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.2744 of 2014, the respondent has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.1075of 2024, in which, the Division Bench has issued notice through order dated 03.04.2024.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.

3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected sub application is also closed. 25.10.2024 Index: Yes/No Sni Cont.P.No.678 of 2024 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
