The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions by saying that the prayer sough for in these petitions has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Hence, in view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
