The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Inspector of Police and Sub Inspector of Police, Special Team of Manaly along with his police team not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
