When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Applicants that the condition stipulated by the Official Trustee in Paragraph No.5 of the report dated 11.03.2022 is impossible to be complied with and hence, the possession has already been handed over to the Official Trustee. It is further represented that the Applicants had also paid the entire deposit amount and that the next successful bidder after the present Applicants has preferred OSA, in which the Applicants are parties. It is also represented that the Applicants may be permitted to work out their remedy in the pending OSA to claim refund of the amount.

2. In view of the above submissions, nothings needs to be adjudicated in this application. Accordingly, this Application is closed with liberty to the Applicants to work out their remedy in the OSA pending before this Court in respect of refund of the amount.
