ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to act as per the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 31.01.2019, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that the pathway in the petitioner's premises, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, has to be accessed by the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent, by its proceedings dated 31.01.2019, has made it clear that the petitioner is entitled to use the subject pathway. According to the petitioner, the sixth respondent is obstructing the pathway. The petitioner had given a representation on 23.01.2026 to the second respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the sixth respondent and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire and after giving due consideration to the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 31.01.2019, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Since no adverse order is being passed against the sixth respondent, notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2026 seeking for usage of the pathway, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the sixth respondent and also any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire and after giving due consideration to the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 31.01.2019,

within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected WMP is closed. No costs. 16-02-2026 vga
