PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in C.C.No.205 of 2015 now pending on the file of learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Economic Offences, Egmore, Chennai 600 008 and quash the same as not maintainable besides illegal and unlawful.
