When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Revenue Tahsildar, North Madras, through proceedings dated 17.11.2022 has issued patta in the name of the petitioner and thereby, the possession of the petitioner has been safeguarded with respect to Survey No.259/2F3.

In the light of this development, the grievance expressed by the petitioner has been redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
