Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner representation dated 12.04.2018 within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the representation submitted by him and reimburse the deposited amount. As per the orders issued by the Court has not been considered by the respondents.

2.Thus, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the amount deposited based on the Court orders are liable to returned back that the writ petitioner. However, the respondents have not taken any action to reimburse the deposited amount.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 12.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copies of the representation and all relevant documents, if any, along with this order passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
