The above application is moved for permitting the petitioner to file an additional document, namely, the revocation of will dated 04.07.1985, registered as document No.83 of 1985. The 2nd respondent has no objection to the same being allowed. The documents were originally filed in the suit filed before the City Civil Court in O.S.No.6583 of 2008 now Tr.C.S.No.769 of 2013. However, instead of filing the revocation deed dated 04.07.1985 by an oversight some other document had been filed filed. It is this anomaly that is sought to be rectified by moving this application. The 1st respondent has filed a counter stating that there is an inordinate delay in filing the application. There is no serious contest in this application.
