3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ appeal bundle.

5. The petitioners are directed to take notice to the newly impleaded respondents.
