ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the First Information report in Cr.NO.258/2022 by including offences u/s 306 of IPC and make an enquiry to file a additional fresh FIR and to file a final report by considering petitioner representation dated 27.11.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the entire investigation has been completed and that a final report or closure report, as the case may be, will be filed within a period of four weeks. 3.In the light of the above development, these criminal original petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of four weeks.
