ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to handover certain movable properties which were seized during the course of investigation in Cr.No.956 of 2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that the second respondent has already deposited all the movable properties which were seized during the course of investigation before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai on 02.09.2020.

3. In view of the above development, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the concerned Court seeking for return of the properties.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
