It is stated that the respondents have seized the semi dry fish about 500 metres away and thereafter since they were perishable goods, it were auctioned and it is claimed by the respondent that the petitioner himself participated in the auction and purchased the said seized semi dry fish for a sum of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand only). If this is the case of the respondents herein, then the following documents not be produced before this Court with following documents:

1. The Mahazar for seizure of the fish.

2. The order directing auction to be conducted since the fish are perishable in nature.

3. The report regarding auction proceedings as to who were the participants in the auction and what was the bid amount and who was the successful auction purchaser.

4. Whether the documents of seizure and were forward to the concerned Court.
