O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner having gone through the process of selection in pursuance to the advertisement dated 08.02.2015 for recruitment as Sub-Inspector, did not finally make it and now https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
seeks a direction to consider his case under 1% inter-caste marriage quota.
2.The process commenced with the issuance of advertisement on 08.02.2015 and ended with the declaration of the selection list on 15.11.2015. The recruitment process did not envisage any quota for inter-caste marriage and thus, the terms and conditions of recruitment can certainly not be changed, more so after everything is over and four (4) months have elapsed thereafter.
3.We are, thus, not inclined to entertain this petition. 4.Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
