Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenu by name Shirisha, aged about 17 years, D/o.S.Madhu, the petitioner herein, before this Court, set her at liberty, now under the illegal detentionof the 2nd respondent herein and restore her to the custody of the petitioner herein.
