O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.98 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The parties have arrived at a mutually agreeable settlement before the Mediation Centre. Both of them appeared before this Court and submitted that they have settled their dispute. The Meditation agreement dated 07.06.2019 is recorded. The terms of settlement reads as under:

" It is submitted that both the parties namely the petitioner and the respondent are willing to join together and lead a family life and the respondent undertakes to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.98 of 2018 that is pending on the file of the Family Court at Chengalpet." The Mediation agreement shall form part of the records. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, F.C.O.P.No.98 of 2018 on the file of Family Court, Chengalpet is withdrawn and disposed of on the terms of settlement. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
