This application has been filed for extension of Mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the pleadings are completed and this matter has been posted for arguments before the learned Arbitrator.

Hence, he seeks for extension of Mandate for a further period of 3 months.

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

5. In spite of the service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4, which shows that they are not interested in contesting this matter.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 4 months.

7. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
