ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents to issue the notice of award for package-5 in Zone-IX (Teynampet) and Package-6 in Zone-XIII (Adayar) for construction of Modern Bus Shelters on BOT basis for 139 bus shelters and further sign the concession agreement and award the contract to enable the petitioner to commence the work for construction of Modern Bus Shelters as per tender documents dated 13.07.2012.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

Considering the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
