The respondents in this miscellaneous petition have not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

Accordingly, WMP.No.3506 of 2022 is allowed as prayed for.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and list the main writ petition for hearing on 27.09.2022.

In the meanwhile, the respondents in W.P.No.25946 of 2016 are directed to file their counter.
