This petition is filed to condone the delay of 140 days in filing the above appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 140 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
