ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take action on the basis of the complaint dated 11.01.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.02.2020, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner dated 11.01.2020. On the contrary, the petitioner has sent one complaint dated 07.09.2019 and the same was already closed after preliminary enquiry.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner was directed to produce the proof to show that he had sent another complaint dated 11.01.2020. But today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not produced any proof to show that the petitioner has sent another complaint dated 11.01.2020. Hence, the petition is closed. It is open to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
