C.M.P.No.2793 of 2020 in CRP.SR.No. 14812 of 2020 V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.

This petition has been filed to accept the cause title by impleading the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent,Bakthavatchalam, as respondents 2 and 3 in the revision petition.

2. According to the petitioner, after the dismissal of the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.104 of 2014, the second respondent, Bakthvatchalam died. Hence, she wants to file revision against the legal heirs of the deceased Bakthavatchalam by amending the cause title.

3. Considering the fact that the second respondent herein died after the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.104 of 2014, which is now under challenge, this petition to implead is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the Revision Petition.

5. Registry is also directed to number the revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post Revision Petition on 18.02.2020 for Admission and print the name of Mr.V.C.Vinothkumar for the caveator. 12.02.2020 mrp http://www.judis.nic.in
