Heard the learned Additional Advocate General for the contemnors. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Advocate General that the first respondent who is present before this Court is nothing to do with the implementation of the directions passed by this Court in W.P.No.20103 of 2014 as the relief sought for by the petitioner is only against the second respondent. 3.

It is further submitted by the learned Additional Advocate General that writ appeal has been filed before the Division Bench of this Court against the order passed in W.P.No.20103 of 2014 and the same has been posted on 09.02.2024 for condonation of delay and requested for a short accommodation, so that after considering the application for condonation of delay the main appeal will come for consideration.
