In accordance with the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, (FAC) Additional Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam, dated 09.08.2019 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.2583 of 2019 dated 31.01.2019, the period to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.6 of 2018, is extended by three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, (FAC) Additional Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam.
