In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16916 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1055 of 2012 compounding the offence and acquitting the accused, this revision petition is allowed and the orders passed by the lower appellate Court in Crl.A.No.26 of 2009 dated 20.10.2011 and the trial Court in S.T.C.No.2264 of 2006 dated 30.04.2009 are hereby set aside and the accused is acquitted.
