ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for declaration declaring that the deletion of the name of the petitioner by the second respondent from the seniority list of BT Assistants eligible for promotion as High School Headmaster published on 18.10.2019 without a show cause notice to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to retain the name of the petitioner in Serial No.1336 in the seniority list of the BT Assistants eligible for promotion as High School Headmaster and promote the petitioner as High School Headmaster forthwith 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
