[Respondents 4 to 6 impleaded vide order dated 03.03.2021 in WMP No.5921 of 2021] Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate and immediate action to remove the steel boards posing Dr.B.R.Ambedkar picture situated at Radhapuram Village Bus Stand connecting Thiruvannamalai Main Road State Highway,

ORDER
(Made by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J) The grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to the erection of a steel board at the Radhapuram Bus Stand,
2. The writ petitioner asserts that such steel board has been erected in a public place without obtaining requisite permission from the authorities concerned. It is further stated that in spite of making representations in this connection on more than one occasion, no action has been taken thereon.
3. Without examining the merits of the representations submitted by the writ petitioner, the Block Development Officer, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District is directed to consider the said representations and dispose of the same by a speaking order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to all the affected parties. Such speaking order should be issued within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. W.P.No.3510 of 2021 is disposed of on the above terms. There will be no order as to costs.
