Crl.M.P.No.1927 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.375 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.375 of 2023 on 09.01.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on 1st week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
