Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the proceedings of the first respondent in Lr.No.B2/17995/2001 dated 18.04.2005 on the file of the first respondent, quash the said order Lr.No.B2/17995/2001 dated 18.04.2005 and direct the first respondent to exempt the land in which the petitioner school is situated from the Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax Act.
