O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing on 12.03.2019, it was reported by the learned counsel who was appearing for the petitioner that he has given change of vakalat and hence he wanted his name to be removed from the cause list. Recording the said submission, the Registry was directed to issue notice of hearing to the petitioner and print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. When the matter was taken up for hearing during the previous occasion, the petitioner was not present. Even today, the petitioner is not present.

2. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
