O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC, seeking direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti to split up the case in PRC.No.14/2013 as against the 5th accused Seenu alias Siva Sakthivel.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has been charge sheeted in S.C.No.157/2014 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Panruti and there are five accused and the fourth accused has died and the fifth accused has absconded and Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against him and thereafter action was taken against the sureties.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the learned Assistant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sessions Judge, Panruti for splitting up the case and if such petition is filed, the said Court shall disposed of the case on merits at the earliest.
