ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to give police protection to clean the petitioner's ground level well and put up parapet wall to the said well dug in old S.No/256/1, New S.No.238/14, Puthurpatti village, Vazhavanthi Nadu Panchayat, Namakkal District in compliance with the order dated 05.10.2017 made in W.P.No.25963 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2017.

2. The complaint has been filed during November 2017, no orders can be passed in this petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint seeking appropriate relief to the respondent police. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall act upon it by giving an opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law .

3. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed of with the above direction.
