The learned counsel for the Respondent workmen made a submission that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the award amount has been settled and the workmen also had acknowledged the same.

2. In view of the fact that the grievance of the workmen had already been redressed, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
