O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed, forbearing the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e cross massage in the name and style of Green Shine Spa at No. 283/119, Paper Mills Road, Peravallur, Chennai 600 082.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was carrying on business i.e. Cross massage in the name and style of "GREEN SHINE SPA' at No. 283/119, Paper Mills Road, Peravallur, Chennai - 600 082, for the past six months without any room for complaint. But the Police had interfered with his business. Therefore, he made a representation dated 13.01.2020 before the respondents about the police interference, which was directly given by him. In spite of the same, the police is interfering in his premises without any authority of law.
3. Heard Mr.Leonard Vasanthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
4. This Court is of the opinion that admittedly, the petitioner is not license holder to conduct business of SPA. After filing the writ petition, the petitioner has filed an application for license and it is pending. Therefore, the direction sought for cannot be granted to the writ petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
