The above application is filed to take on record the documents listed in the Judges Summons. Some of the documents have been shown to be photocopied.

2. The applicant in paragraph 8 of the affidavit has stated as follows: "I submit that certified copies of the proceedings before City Civil Court and Small Causes Court, Police complaint and original Power of Attorney dated 06.03.2020 executed by my mother, the first defendant in favour of me are now filed and as far as Death Certificate of the 1st defendant's husband, voter's Id Card, card issued for receiving government aid, Aadhar card and Ration card are concerned, the applicant undertakes to produce the original for comparison at the time of marking of documents and further whenever called upon by this Hon'ble Court as those documents mainly relate to Id proofs of my mother, the first defendant and myself."

The above undertaking is also recorded.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff has no objection for the application being ordered and the application is ordered subject to the undertaking given by the applicant extracted supra.

4. Post the matter before learned Additional Master IV on 08.03.2021 for continuation of cross examination.
