This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the 5th respondent pertaining to his proceedings dated 07.07.2005 and quash the same and to direct the respondents herein to grant sanction for the pipelines installed by the petitioner between his lands in S.No.197/1, 88/3A, 88/3B, 90/2 and 90/5 of Minakkal Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, for taking water.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this Writ Petition and it has become infructuous.
