This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.393 of 2023 and it was closed on 30.12.2023 and the parties were directed to appear before the civil Court.
3. In the light of the above decision taken by the respondent police, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the police should not interfere with the civil dispute between the parties.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the parties were directed to work out their remedy before the civil Court and the police will not interfere with the dispute.

5. Recording the above submission, it is made clear that the parties shall work out their remedy before the competent civil Court and the police will not interfere.
