PRAYER in W.P.No.25019 of 2010: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the 3rd Respondent bearing Ref.No.PER/IRD/CHN/4136/2010 dated 11.10.2010, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant all consequential benefits but for the order dated 11.10.2010.

PRAYER in W.P.No.25020 of 2010: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the 2nd Respondent bearing Ref.No.PER/IRD/AHM/VIG/CS/301/2010 dated 05.10.2010 and quash the same.

For Petitioner in : Ms.C.S.Monica both Writ Petition For Respondents in : Mr.P.R.Raman both Writ Petitions COMMON ORDER Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter may be closed by virtue of the fact that the petitioner went missing and his family members are not willing to proceed with the case. She has also made an endorsement to that effect which reads as under:

"The petitioner went missing and his family members are not willing to 2/4

proceed with the case as on date. Hence nothings stands for adjudication as far as the petitioner is concerned. Hence the same may be recorded by this Hon'ble Court. Hence the W.P. may be closed."
