This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 13819 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7641 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and this Petition stands allowed.
