ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the case of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.08.2018 in terms of the order dated 07.09.2018 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli in Crl.M.P.No.4767 of 018 and investigate the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered on 28.02.2021 in Crime No.105 of 2021 for an offence under Section 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of IPC. A copy of the FIR was also filed before this Court.
