ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Mannargudi for early disposal of the Original Petition filed in HMOP.No.67 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is suffering from mental illness and suppressing the same their marriage was performed. They had not lived together and they were immediately separated. The petition filed for divorce is pending from the year 2024. Hence, he seeks a direction for early disposal of the Original Petition.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Family Judge, Mannargudi is directed to dispose of the Original Petition in HMOP.No.67 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
