ORDER
The Writ Petition pertains to non-payment of provisional pension and other retirement benefits to the petitioner on account of a criminal prosecution against the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the criminal prosecution ended in a conviction, and that a comprehensive writ petition, W.P.No.22908/2015, has been filed making monetary and other claims and that the present Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous by subsequent events.
3. By recording the aforesaid submissions, W.P.No.25023 of 2010 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
